Our Solution
Deployed instant-curing HUV offset printing technology paired with Fogra51 standardized color profiling. This ensured rapid ink-drying, eliminated dry-back color shifts, and perfectly matched client master proof density targets.
Challenge 2: Precision Screen-Printed Spot UV Registration on Scratch-Resistant Matte Film
The Challenge
Registering 120T mesh high-gloss spot UV details directly over spot-color PMS 2270C printed graphics on a scratch-resistant matte laminated cover board without ghosting or peeling.
Our Solution
Calibrated film surface tension and utilized custom 120T mesh silk-screen stencils to control varnish deposit boundaries. Controlled UV curing passes yielded razor-sharp gloss contrast against the durable matte casing.
Challenge 3: Multi-Substrate Green Spot Color (PMS 2270) Harmonization

Achieving exact color harmony between PMS 2270C on glossy-laminated cover stock and PMS 2270U printed with matte protective varnish on uncoated 140g offset endpapers.

Applied custom ink formulation adjustments for absorption variance between coated and uncoated stocks. Spectrophotometric press checks guaranteed a seamless visual match across all cover and endpaper components.
