PRODUCTION NOTES
The Challenge
To satisfy European market entry regulations and premium brand sustainability directives, all paper stocks—including late-addition promotional sales inserts—had to meet strict EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) and FSC Mix Credit traceability standards.
Our Solution
Artron’s raw material supply chain verified end-to-end chain-of-custody documentation for the 157g eco-friendly coated matte paper. We ensured that all primary and supplementary runs complied fully with environmental import requirements without compromising tactile luxury or ink-reception performance.
The Challenge
Luxury hospitality books require extreme tonal accuracy across diverse lighting environments, from dim ambient hotel interiors to bright oceanfront landscapes. Maintaining exact color fidelity across primary book sheets and supplementary sales inserts was critical.
Our Solution
We calibrated press runs using the AC2018-Fusion-AM210L-Fogra51 profile. Spectral readings were continuously matched against approved sign-off press sheets, ensuring zero color variance between the main signatures and late-run promotional inserts.
The Challenge
Integrating loose promotional sales inserts (233 x 279 mm) onto the back cover of 250 x 290 mm hardcovers prior to barcode application and shrink-wrapping required tight inline handling to prevent edge-creasing or lamination scratching.
Our Solution
Our bindery team established a specialized manual-assisted packaging line. Insert sheets were centered on the back cover face-out, followed by automated barcode label placement and individual shrink-wrapping to preserve crisp, gallery-ready condition during transit.
